Fikr, stems from the arabic words for thinking, understanding and concern, thus the Al Fikr Home Education Support Centre's mission is to provide opportunities for our Muslim children to be inspired and to instil a passion for excelling in gaining knowledge. We aim encourage and guide our children to learn and develop academically, socially and morally within an appropriate islamic environment.

Services include:
- information about home schooling and advise about registration
- home schooling /tutoring classes for K-6 covering the KLA's of Science, Pdh, HSIE, and Art.
- regular excursions and incursions
- organised sporting activities and drama classes, as well as an annual sports carnival and presentation day
- networking opportunities with other home schooling Muslim families
- plus much more
