Quite possibly the WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered, if you want a real professional to do a service or repair on ANYTHING that you own - DO NOT GO TO THIS DECREPID SHANTY SHACK OF A COMPUTER STORE - the guy there is a complete C**T and may as well jump off a bridge.

So scary. The owner screamed and swore at me for no reason. I was so traumatised I left without getting my laptop

Very functional Store ACTUALLY HAS STOCK. I Have purchased multiple cords and computer hardware cheapest around. Knows his stuff offerd me a 24/7 service. (will be handy when its 3 am in the morning and my modem dies)

I seen an item on ACA regarding this place. I brought my Acer Z37 all in one to him in desperation after no one else would even look at it. I'm a professional musician and it has all my backings and recordings on it. I had copies but at home in Queensland. He looked at it , isolated the problem and FIXED it. I didn't go in for the personality or the free cup of tea and a bikkie. I wanted my computer fixed urgently. I told him my predicaments and he bent over backwards to help. $120 and a couple of hours later it was done. Everyone else wanted to sell me a new computer.
