I had just bought a second handed bike and the chain was slipping, gears were not working properly, etc. One of the bike mechanics listened to my concerns and didn't give me fixing cost straight away; instead, he ask me to leave the bike there for a day to make a proper assessment about the issues, which gave me a good impression about how they do business. After I had the bike all fixed up, the chain was still sleeping, and then I came back there and the owner, Frank, took care of the problem straight way changing the faulty chain for a brand new one. It is a traditional bike shop that has been around since 1979, Frank is an spectacular guy and will not let you down!

CHarged me $10 extra for a minute pedal change. However, job was not perfect, it was still moving around a little bit. When requested if they can fix it, they asked me to come back after 2 hours. Well, went and got my own bike tools and fixed it in less than a 1min. Customer service zero. They are very good at finding faults with your bike, not the best way to upsell.

Albion Cycles does a solid job. While I've purchased very few things from them those that I have purchased have always been of quality and reasonably well priced. I have used them on multiple occasions for service work and been impressed by the outcomes and speed with which they turn things around. Really good local bike shop.
