Aldi Bankstown Airport

I MAKING A COMPLAINT. MY BABY IS DEAD BECAUSE ONE OF YOUR STAFF THOUGHT IT WAS OK TO BE RUDE TO ME BY YELLING AT ME. HE PRESSURED ME INTO SCREAMING AND STRESS IS NOT GOOD FOR PREGNANT WOMAN. I ASK HIM WHY WOULD THEY LIE TO ME SAYING THAT THE HALLOWEEN STUFF WAS ALREADY IN THE STORE. HE STARTED YELLING AT ME. AFTER I GOT ANGRY AND SHOUTED AT HIM, HE TURNED HIS BACK TO ME AND SAID HAVE A NICE DAY BUT IN RUDE WAY. AFTER I TOLD MY DAD TO DRIVE ME HOME, I FELT LIKE THE WHOLE WORLD WAS SPINNING, SO MY DAD TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL AND WE ALL RECEIVED HORRIBLE NEWS THAT MY BABY DIDN'T MAKE IT. WELL YA KNOW WHAT!? NOT ONLY I AM MAKING A COMPLAINT BUT I AM CALLING THE POLICE BECAUSE THAT IS CALLED MURDER AND THAT STUPID STAFF (WHO TOLD ME THAT HE WAS THE MANAGER, WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT AFTER I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER) HE IS NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT. HE KILLED AN INNOCENT HUMAN BEEN WHO HASN'T EVEN SEEN THE WORLD YET. SHAME ON YOU.

Great food and groceries with pretty reasonable prices. I hate that the cashiers just throw everything past the scanner and expect you to bag it yourself. On the plus side, at least they don't use plastic shopping bags here.

Terrific manager and very friendly staff. No problems if you change your mind and bring something back so one reason I keep on coming back to this branch!

The service is always very good and fast. Prices are always extra good and they are getting more and more new lines all the time which is very good also.

This Aldi store is well stocked, it has a decent variety of things and good outdoor parking. The downsides are more to do with the staff who are absolutely clueless when it comes to customer questions and further the way they behave themselves around everyday shoppers is appalling. There is no courtesy or finesse when handling problems, they yell across the store as if no one is around, laugh loud and run into people without any care. I don't know what farm Aldi employed these guys from but wherever they came from, they need to go back there.

Always find a park, friendly staff, quick check out. Can always get a trolley.
