Aldi Bass Hill

Love coming here.There is a guy called Nick and every time I go he is always polite and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem, he always goes above and beyond what I expect and will always go out of his way to help me regardless of how busy it is. The other staff aren't helpful at all and are quite rude and dismissive to be honest.

It tries to be a supermarket but I can't say that it is. Some tv channels probably get payed to show that this place is a good option...

Customer service was ok. Baskets would be great. More lanes opened would be nice.. One lane is not enough!

Store manager needs to go for a customer service course to learn how to talk and deal with customers. Refund and return policy is a joke. Some staff are rude like the store manager and another Indian staff. The place is some what filthy.
