Aldi Erskine Park

Went to Aldi Erskine Park at 8:15 today to purchase the advertised Dyson hand held vacuums which I later found out were pre-sold by allocated tickets at 7:30 am, which was before the store was opened to the public at 8:30am this Saturday. The catalogue DOES NOT STATE that this item was to be pre-allocated to customers before the store was to open. This is a breach of their explicitly stated published policy that items will be available at the store at the opening time of 8:30am, baring in mind they had limited stock. There were actually NO ITEMS available, as they ALL HAD BEEN PRE-ALLOCATED by this store. Staff were very rude and refused to answer questions about this and blatantly ignored customers questions on this practice. Not shopping here again.

Tarrible customer service! Person who sarved me just kind of humiliating me and my family because I have carried my staff in my hand ruther taking in the shopping trolley! He was bitching and whispering with customer front of me. Never had that kind of experience. When I spoke to the duty manager he took it very causally. Felt very disappointed.

Good store. New layout. Refurbished.

It has recently been updated and I really like it. It is clean and stylish with the usual low prices.
