Love aldi Glendale the staff are friendly and helpful

Your typic Aldi store, 11 customers waiting and only 1 register open plus the manager thinks he's king which I suppose he is for a piece of sh@#

Not good customer service at this aldi, I was there this morning and the older lady manager basically said that all customers are thieves, I was gobsmacked by her comments. Someone needs to re train this person in polite customer service. I gave a one star cause you can't give zero.

Bought up big this morning at Aldi Glendale :)

As soon as I walked in I had no change for trolley and there were no baskets. I mentioned this to my wife that it makes shopping hard and a female shop shelf loader overheard and started to retail about there will never be convenient baskets again then wanted to argue with me about whether they are convenient or not. I mean , who asked her for her bad mannered opinion anyway. I walked out and will always shop Cole* or Willies from now on. Bad service with bad attitude.

Great place for the weekly shop.
