I make a point of leaving good reviews wherever possible as i like to celebrate local business, however your establishment leaves a lot to be desired.

The food was well below average but it was a beautiful day so i wasn't terribly bothered.

What did bother me, however, was when the heavy industrial umbrella on our table lifted out of its setting from a strong gust of wind and nearly hit my dining companion, narrowly avoiding knocking her out or injuring the rest of my party. Luckily enough we were all fine.

Not your fault, you don't control the wind, it was an accident. I get it.

You do however, have control over your staffs reaction, which was to idly walk by or just watch, looking mildly amused as my two other male friends wrestled with said umbrella for a good 5 minutes trying to secure it so that it didn't blow into another patron and injure them.

No staff offered any assistance.

To add insult to injury, when, after my friends had sat back down, two staff members finally deigned to come over to assess the situation and completely ignore us. My partner jokingly stated "Not to worry guys, we're ok" and they smirked, avoided eye contact and in a completely smart- arse tone said "Well, that's good to hear" before walking off.

No "Are you ok?" or "Please enjoy your lunch, we'll take care of this". Nothing.

Apart from the shitty service and below par food, the complete disregard for the safety of your patrons is really the nail in the coffin for your disappointing establishment.

Not real keen to get belted in the face by a 10kg metal umbrella. You're pretty lucky it didn't hit me.

Won't be back. Won't recommend.
