Alfresco Outdoor Living

I cannot understand the negative comment below. Alfresco has never had male serving staff. Further, any furniture for pickup is brought from the warehouse to a single collection point. The writer of that comment must be referring to the other outdoor furniture shop down the road. When I went to the shop I only wanted one teak chair and, unlike many other stores, which only sell a set, I was sold this one separately. I liked it so much that I went back the next day and bought another chair, and the teak table. The service was friendly and the quality of the furniture is first class. I now spend much more time out on the deck with my beautiful, comfortable, teak furniture.

All was good until I went to pick up the item that I paid over $2k for. The 'gentleman' could not have been ruder or less helpful. The parts of the item were in two different spots and I was simply ordered to collect it all myself. I was grunted at when requesting assistance to load onto my vehicle. I now regret spending my money at the store and will NEVER return or recommend it to anyone.
