Alkaline Spa & Clinic

I had my second Infrared Body Wrap treatment here on Saturday 21st and my god was it just what I needed!! The girls were so lovely, and very knowledgeable on what the formostar helps with. They also filled me in on all the other treatments they offer! I'm already scheduled in for my detox massage next weekend! Love this place! My new detox specialists!! :)

Consumer warning! I had to lodge a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading against Alkaline after I booked a relaxation massage and got a remedial massage, not to mention they didn't even touch my feet and scalp for the massage that was in the description on Alkaline's website for the relaxation massage. They dismissed my complaint, I never heard from the owner - which shows they don't value their customers! I recommend going elsewhere so you get what you pay for and feel like a valued customer.

Absolutely love Alkaline! The staff are all so amazing, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike a lot of other spas they do not push you into unnecessary treatments and products just to make some extra money off you. They just give great advise and offer you services that will benefit you.

I had an incredible experience at Alkaline Spa & Clinic with my first Endermologie treatment from the awesome Sharni Maree Taylor. I feel lighter, energised, happy and great. It's a beautiful clinic and I love their work.

I booked a Detox package last week after a fall at the gym. This included a colonic, although I was given no instructions when booking as to what I should do and not do leading up to it. Needless to say, the colonic achieved no result. My package also included a massage, which I had to listen to 2 staff members gossiping and laughing in the room next door the whole time, hardly relaxing. When it came to paying, I told the Receptionist I was not happy with my experience, and she became defensive rather than try and appease me as a customer. She started laughing and when I asked what was so funny, she said "you". I also had to pay a $50 deposit to secure the booking and she didn't take this off the amount when paying. I reminded her of this, and she looked up glared at me and started laughing again. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I would discourage anyone going to Alkaline, especially as they clearly value profit over customer service. Shame on you Alkaline.

I usually like this place but I just spent $110 for the worst massage ive ever had. I just got pocked and rubbed a bit. My boyfriend does a better job.
