New batch of English Bitter heading into tank this afternoon. We’ve been tweaking colour and mash temp over the last couple batches to fill out the body of this little 4% session. #AHBH

Beer of Skulls Brown Ale | ‚ėē ūüćļ We've used very lightly roasted coffee beans from Burundi grower Gitwe Hill ('Place of Skulls'). Black forest cake and red berry notes mingle with the easy sweetness of chocolate and crystal malts and just a hing of hop bitterness for a perfect balance of upper and downers.
