I flew down from Qld and had a great time...I was by myself and would like to thank Rebecca for personally ensuring that I was having a fantastic time. Thank-you Rebecca..
Just some constructive criticism to improve on for next year:
I paid for the buffet only which included a drink on arrival, but that was disappointing as it was a hot beer.... a cold champagne with a strawberry in it would of been much nicer option.
And I buttered my bread roll and had half, only to find it had been removed from my dining table whilst I was serving up my food. When I asked the waitress for another I was told No.
The woman opposite me was upset her bun had disappeared as well and insisted a replacement but the waitress would still not give me one....I asked Rebecca and she got the waitress to give me one.....so don't know what that was all about but seemed silly and unfriendly.
Overall I met new friends and had a wonderful time.

Absolutely unforgettable and memorable Melbourne Cup cruise. All you need is a group of friends you want as company for the day, and AOC will do the rest. The cheerful and well organised team took awesome care of us from the time we are standing by the wharf waiting, to the time they cheered and waved us off the pontoon. The food was definitely the best we have had on the very many meal cruises we have had, perfect combo of hot and cold and very generously refilled constantly. Service at the bar, on the floor... and the DJ...!! All second to none. AOC is now our preferred cruise operator... by a mile!! Thank you team!!

'All Occasion Cruises' claim that "Our guests are the heart and soul of our business and it is our goal to create unforgettable Sydney Harbour cruises for all to enjoy for years to come." ( this is quoted from their website). Not too sure what they meant by this but they certainly reached their goal of being unforgettable. In my opinion they are a totally unprofessional company. That is something i will never forget.

They didn't let over 20 people on the boat ( who had all paid $60 for a ticket ) due to the ' boat reaching it's capacity', and refuses to refund those people who missed out for the companies mistakes. Why would you over book a boat? Completely unprofessional. They then proceeded to blame the police officers on the wharf saying it was their fault we didn't get on the boat, when the police officers were telling us something completely different.

I have many complaints about this disgustingly unorganised "boat company" and it deserves less than a one star rating. The staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and swore to their guests. They did not handle their guests with care and ruined everyones night. They were deceitful and frustrating and refuse to admit their wrong doings. According to the host of this event they pretended to have the wrong contact details to avoid communication due to the conduct of the night of our cruise.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company.

As you can see if you read the reviews, this is not the first time this has happened to their guests and it just seems like reoccurring bad behaviour.

I had a work function to organise on very short notice, but working with Bria and her team we pulled off a great event.

Easy to talk to customer service and they were very helpful and informative through every step.

I would highly recommend All Occasion Cruises for private functions or corporate event.
