Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner on cristmass day

Dear all, as I was the Manager for this hotel for 3 months between Nov 15 2017 to Feb 10 2018 many of you that have returned for a second time have seen the difference that I have done to that place and many of you know how I presented my self as a Manager. The owners are very short of funds so there was NOTHING I could do more without their approval. they are Miserable and have NO IDEA about hospitality. they fired me because of stupid ideas in Luke, s head (part owner) that had decided to stay in the caretaker’s room for 35 Days to watch over me. He has been seen by other guests to walk in people’s rooms and switch the air Cond off and was NOT allowing staff to water the walk ways and was switching the washing machines off, so they don’t use electricity. that’s just 10% of all thinks he was doing. they are NOT AT ALL GOOD PEOPLE. I, am working with the hospitality association to close them down and to expose of the way they operate. they lie all the time and under pay ALL STAFF including myself. I,am all most finished doing a law suit against them for unfair dismissal.
