My approach to counselling is being caring, confidential, non-judgemental and creating a safe environment to help you: gently explore and understand your problem, learn the skills to make the changes you would like to make and heal any emotional pain.

I work with adults, couples and I have experience in working with people with disabilities and mental health issues.
