Will charge you a fortune but doesn't supply toilet paper!

This place is shite. Unless you like cockroaches, curtains ripped and falling off, broken sofa beds, sparks coming from the ceiling fans and dirty cutlery drawers.

We were so disappointed with the accomodation for so many reasons. In fact the worst value or money that we have personally experienced and incredibly filthy. If we could give a zero rating we would.

Here is a snapshot of the critical issues:
1. Plastic bag tied/covering smoke alarm which may have impacted it working
2. Mould on wet areas
3. Stench cigarettes throughout particularly in the bathroom
4. No soap and a small sachet of dishwasher powder left for washing dishes despite being no dishwasher.
5. Greasy plates and crockery
6. Broken shelves, sloping and at risk of falling over
7. Toilet didn’t flush unless repeatedly pushed half a dozen times
8. Curtain rods falling down
9. Ended up being given a different apartment than what was on the original receipt.
10. Mould/ slime running down the bathroom wall. I ended up cleaning some of it myself so I would be comfortable using the bathroom at all.

Stayed away from the room until late and checked out extremely early as the accomodation was so offensive.

Great location, facilities and price, highly recommend.

Filth. We booked here for a overnight stay on the 4th till the 5th of Feb. Firstly the check in time of 3pm is stupid i have stayed at so plenty of places where check in times a 2pm. The major problem was when we did go to the room at 3.05pm the room still had not been cleaned. We called the emergency number to only be put to the voicemail. We then received a text message saying they were contacting the cleanings to work out the situation . We then got told via text message that the cleanings were going to be there but did not give us a time frame. We decided to cancel because we were not staying at this place with their rude service. We requested someone to call us but the only contact was via text which is so unprofessional we also didn't at once receive an apology. Also i find this whole situation a complete waste of time. I drove all the way from Sydney with a 5 year old who was exhausted and only wanted to sleep. We also couldn't find any other accommodation at all. I would like some type of compensation for the waste of my time and my families. You wreaked my families holiday so thanks for that.

Ok if you like very basic accommodation. Also the grounds and upkeep leave a lot to be desired

Ok so this place is so dated. There are things waiting to break like look at my photos. Also major problem is no on site office or phone number etc. like for goodness sake wonky had 3 forks for 4 people. Shelf is on a lean waiting to fall and hit someone. And that tv doesn't belong in the year 2016 at all! Good thing is no noise at the place, pool and parking alright.

Rooms were clean and ceiling fans on every room were welcoming to dissipate the heat of the days in this time of the year. The first floor room had a nice balcony were we spent the end of the days reading while enjoying the outdoors. Swimming pool not very deep but enough to relax and spend some energy. No good place to park the bicycles but management was understandable to let us lock them close to the common toilets. In summary a nice and good place to stay.
