Always waiting and staff don't seem to care.

Staff nice and helpful. Convenient location.

Without the Wattle Grove staff I would never have gotten the help I needed. I came over to Wattle Grove in 2013 after my own doctor was not helping me with my severe back pain. I just tried Wattle Grove because it was 10 minutes away from home. The staff were lovely and my doctor is excellent. He looked at my history and put me through to the revelant specialists. My doctor is Mark Playford and he cares about all his patients. At times I have had to see some of the other doctors and they are always caring and helpful. I dont understand the negative comments on this site I can only state that if you have to wait for a doctor for an hour, then maybe they are helping someone with very difficult problems.

Be prepared to be waiting over an hour past you appointment time, don't expect the staff to show any sympathy or acknowledgement of your existing. Dread this experience more than anything, the medical center staff are supposed to be people we trust and seek help from but the reality is, we are just consumers. They don't care about your well being or time they just want your money.

Cant stand the receptionist there shes rude and speaks to you like your a dummy.

One of the nursing staffs there was terribly arrogant and rude. My baby and me were waiting over almost one hour after our appointment time. I went to check how longer I needed to wait for, then I got yelled at in front of everybody by that nurse. How rude! Never go again!
