Allison House re-opens today @ 4pm
It seems that Allison House is a holiday retreat for Emu’s haha. Trying to water the lawn, but the emu’s keep sitting on the soaker hose 😳. Hope everyone is enjoying their holidays!
Attention all parents of Allison House boarders. We have been discussing our exit weekends with Broken Hill High in an attempt to get the students a travel day with no penalties towards their attendance. Today we have had success! From now on Exit weekends will include the Friday. The school asks that Our boarders remain above the required 85% for attendance in order to give the extra day twice a term. If a boarder falls below the school attendance target they may withdrawal... their support for the boarders extended weekend. Please contact us if you have any further questions 👍

It seems that the word has spread that Allison House is the place to be 👍. Had to explain to Mr emu when he visited today that he doesn’t fit the criteria to board here haha. Needless to say he was disappointed, but he stuck around to protest!
Allison House is closed for the long weekend. All our boarders are home with their families for a well deserved weekend away. Enjoy your special time together and we will see you all after 4pm on Monday 🤗
