We all get busy at this time of year and we understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation or change of your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice where you can.
... Please allow at least 7 days in advance for scheduling your hair appointment. We are very busy at this time of year and whilst we do our best to fit everyone in when suitable, Re-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon is highly recommended to ensure appointment availability times.
Please be considerate of your scheduled time and arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. We advise taking a little extra time before your appointment to grab a coffee, find parking etc. If you are running late for your appointment please be sure to give us a call at the salon as this might mean we may have to reschedule your appointment as it can impact other clients.
