Ally is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. She provides health and nutrition advice for all health complaints.

My aim is to give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of your health, and to enjoy food without guilt or restraint.

I like to think of the food we eat as being like the fuel you put in your car. Put in the wrong fuel, and your car won’t deliver it’s full potential. Similarly, eat the wrong foods and your body won’t function at it’s best, and health and weight problems will result.

At Ally’s practice you’ll learn what ‘fuel’ is right for you. You’ll experience a gentle and easy-to-understand approach to nutrition and health.
