Using the same approach taken by specialty coffee-makers; with respect for the traceability, quality and unique origin of ingredients our cacao is made from the finest single origin heirloom Criollo cacao grown in the Cloud Forest of the Peruvian Amazon. It is a raw, certified organic and certified fair trade premium product. It is not only filled with antioxidants but is nutrient dense, vegan and gluten free.
