Fantastic customer service friendly staff unlike other places in Penrith
Sent me out the wrong product and the only thing they would do to fix it is offer me a refund. Postal return at my own cost. Poor service, I supplied the model number and size but still got let down. Its not about never making a mistake, its about fixing it well after you make one. Will never use these guys again. Why I cant give less than one star?

We are a small bakery and catering company. We buy Anvil DGC0530 Countertop Curved Showcase from Alpha Catering Equipment. we have been using this countertop curved showcase from one year, without any complaints whatsoever. The digital thermostat, auto defogging function, and the auto defrost function makes it almost self-sustaining without us having to anything. You can just trust your food items to be kept at low temperatures and leave to do the work without worrying.

Nice service and products
We had bought a popcorn maker for our small restaurant in the New South Wales. The metal frames and windows allow a full view of scrumptious popcorn popping out in the machine, thus making a chance to capture those who make an impulsive purchase. It is a great way to serve our customers with crunchy, tasty popcorn; every time they visit our restaurant.
