Alpha HPA's proprietary, licensed, solvent extraction and refining technology produces HPA at extremely high purity with drastically reduced emissions and near zero waste when compared with traditional HPA production methods. HPA is the pure form of aluminium oxide (Al2O3), and a pre-cursor material for the manufacture of: Sapphire glass, used extensively in mobile devices, Ceramic coated Lithium-Ion-Battery (Li-B) separators, as used in electric vehicles, and Phosphors and substrates used in LED lighting. All of these products are headed for exceptional future growth. HPA's value derives from its physical properties of extreme hardness & chemical stability. Purity is determined by the concentration of trace elements in the alumina compound e. g, iron, magnesium, sodium. Alpha HPA produces purity levels up to 4N5 for High Purity Aluminium and Boehmite, and up to 5N for Aluminium Nitrate and Aluminium Sulfate.
