Thank you to Bill who saw I was not happy with my post here and personally took the time to call me and make sure everything was ok moving forward. He also gave me some points of contact which will help in the future. Thank you very much and that is excellent customer service.

Have been using Alsco for 12 months now as I am locked into a contract with them for my commerical towel hire.
It has been continual drama after drama, often deliveries forgotten or errors with the order. I am currently seeking another company to service us! Alsco have seriously terrible customer service and obviously poor systems in place
