As a young family ourselves, who have recently taken over Alstonville Plaza Meat and Deli- we know how difficult and expensive shopping for groceries and feeding a family can be. This is why we aim to please in any way we can.
We try to support other local industry and business as much as possible which is why most of our meat is locally sourced from the Northern Rivers. We only buy in premium grade meats too- no second grade or 4 star meat here! ! We are 5 star all the way from our Premium Mince to our Chump Chops and tender Pork Cutlets. We try to keep our meat reasonable priced and pride ourselves on not only our quality but our service and knowledge.
We have a large selection of meat and deli items to choose from. And with the expertise of our butchers , we can cut to size , give you informed opinions on which cut is best to use for which dish and more importantly YOUR budget. Unlike the supermarkets we can give you the exact portion you require- a great $$saver.
All our boned out leg ham and middle bacon rashers are made on site by our butchers and triple smoked in our smoking machine. We also make and cook our own Roast Beef and Corned Silverside which you can get sliced to size or shaved- great with sandwiches or for school lunches.
