You will be charged for Toll fees if you use their courtesy car - how mean is that? I have spoken to management and the Sales department accept this is wrong but the service department don't. They get the Toll company to pursue the fee - all $4.70 of it! Huge amount of time involved in getting this sorted and absolute arrogance given that the car was a month old and full of faults.
My new car kept having to go back for updates and tweaks due to countless glitches - I regret buying an F-Pace now and for $130,000 I would have expected fewer problems and a dealership that would be able to help.The Alto service department could not fix all the problems and instead of listening and investigating they were patronising.
UK cars can be a bit 'tricky' especially new models, but one assumes an upmarket dealership will know their stuff but they don't.

I had been looking for a new car for a number of months and visited quite a few dealerships across Sydney. As a young female I generally wasn't taken seriously and as you can understand, it was incredibly frustrating. I walked into Alto Jaguar expecting the same treatment but I was pleasantly surprised, from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. I dealt with Arjun whilst purchasing my new car and his product knowledge was extensive. He wasn't pushy at all which put me at ease and I ended up signing the contract on my first visit. I was kept up to date in the following weeks on the progress of the vehicle and when to expect delivery, and on the day I picked up my new car I was made to feel incredibly special and everyone seemed genuinely excited for me.
A few days after delivery I received a call to make sure I was still happy and that everything was going well, which was a lovely touch.
I will recommend Alto Jaguar to all of my friends and family, I am so glad I finally had an amazing experience whilst buying my new car.
