Good service, excellent prices, easy access, located behind Pennant Hills Station

Went there to check out a car they advertised. The experience was excellent, nothing saying there. But later after we test drive other cars from other dealerships, we were told the cars we were after were sold. But they were still advertised online. The salesman was Jenn about selling to us a slightly more expensive car.

I bought a Mitsubishi Pajero GLS from Elie, I then dealt with Nick for Finance. They were very professional and after having visited half a dozen of dealers around Sydney, definitely recommend these guys!

I understand some things are trial and error for some repairs, but the service team helped with every stage of progress. Giving me options for what the car requires with a reasonable price and letting me know that back order parts have a timing delay. they said they will call when the parts arrive which they did. Also they advised me of options to return to the dealership when it suits me and also if need be they would provide other travel options within limits if required. The whole experience was long but reasonable, yet the service team helped as much as they could to make it a good experience. I definitely would go back and I suggest others that go to Pennant Hills have an understanding of the work the team goes through to provide for all who walk in there doors. These cars don't fix themselves.

Sales rep Eason was very helpful, Professional & believe in giving good customer service though he is a bit new to the role but we all started some where. If he is not sure about something, he will ask the expert & give you a call straight away.
I compared all the prices for my car and i received the best price from them. I would highly recommend Alto Mitsubishi.
