Always Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Very good services, fast and professional. Our wool carpets needed extra care, did a a very good job.

The worst experience I've ever had. 4 bedrooms and Lounge all done with in 30 min. My carpets have been left drenched forcing me to hire a carpet cleaner to remove excess water which is removing dirty water and dirt. I asked for a refund claiming the service provided was not worth Being paid for. I did threaten to leave a bad review if I wasn't refunded. The woman argued with me I hung up. I was left feeling overwhelmed my carpets don't even smell clean. So here it is!! The britax cleaners from Bunnings do a better job. I've previously used them myself and have been pleased but this time I just couldn't be bothered......I've had to end up anyway finishing it myself! I would not recommend this company. The service they provide does not the clean the carpets. And the staff only argue when you raise your concerns.

The booking of our job was done very professionally and courteously by the receptionist and we received a follow up email to confirm the booking. When the worker Gary arrived, he was polite, punctual and efficient. He did a fantastic job and my carpets were brought up the best they had been in years. I would highly recommend.

Id like to thank Marek for doing a fantastic job on our carpets and mattress after our 3 year old left vomit stains. He recommended the Industrial clean and it done wonders. He was professional, on time and done a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend.

i was thinking about buying a new leather sofa but I made the decision to cal always fresh cleaning services and it proved to be the right choice

Don't be fooled by the ads that say $72 for 2 rooms!! This price is for a "basic clean" which does NOTHING. You'd end up paying another $35 per room for industrial clean which is really what is required to remove any stain. But that's just what reputable companies such as EMPIRE CARPET CLEANING would charge from the get go. I would avoid Always Fresh Carpet Cleaning at all costs. I wasn't home when the carpets got cleaned but according to my neighbor it took him 5 mins to have 2 bedrooms dry cleaned. I came back to find the carpets unchanged and stains still present. I called the technician and his response was "I did the job". Clearly he hasn't if I'm complaining. I would've paid Empire Carpet Cleaning (another company I've used before who were fantastic) double and at least the job was done properly. Always Fresh is a sham of a company whom I assume post fake reviews. If I could give zero stars I would. Pathetic!
