DEFY all odds. Training consistently is not enough for overcoming a plateau, it’s nailing your daily macronutrient intake & eating according to your body type. Well done @hermionejay you put your head down, you put the work in & you crushed your weight loss goal of - 3kgs in the past 5weeks. 66kgs down to 63kgs.
After many years of dieting I finally got it that I had to completely change my lifestyle. Training at Ambition has taught me to do this through good information about nutrition and exercise. It's part of my everyday life now! I plan my food and training with the great support of my trainer. I love it I have found that I have more energy and a different outlook on life. I'm still on my journey and I'm confident I will get there with the constant support from everyone at Ambition Gym and especially Omar!!
