American Express Lounge

A small lounge and can get very busy quickly. Toilet facility is quite limited (one cubicle per gender). But you do get free food and drinks - a good perk for eligible credit cards nonetheless

The idea and place is good but the customer service is horrible. It was my first time going to the lounge expecting some decent service but damn have I mistaken. I asked if they have cocktail and they just said to me flat "no" no more no less just a "no". Then I ask if I can have coca cola instead and all she said was "behind you" while looking annoyed. I grab the coca cola and a glass then ask her again can I have some ice please. Damn she is annoyed, I can even hear her sighting. And yes she was playing with her phone the whole time while I asked her. I guess she prefer playing with her phone then helping us. Keeping my amex for all these benefits, first benefit not so nice. Definitely not keeping it anymore.

I personally didn't like it. Because it is too small, I was there for 4 hrs from 8 am to 12 pm. At some point during that time, people were standing because there was no available sitting. There is only 1 toilet for men and another one for women, this caused people to be waiting on line to use the toilet.
Food was ok, no complains there. Cleanliness, Good, There was a guy squeezing through all the people on the room once in a while trying to picking up all the waste. Because of the size and the amount of people at some point gets crowded and it gets loud. No showers and no monitors showing the flight information.

Ok without being great. Small range of food. Beverages very good or beer, tea & coffee. A little on the small side. Service best feature.

Small lounge. Chairs are okay, but not meant for long term lounging. The breakfast was light and constantly refreshed. This lounge shares the showers with the Delta Sky Team lounge. The showers were very cleaned with fresh toiletries and towels....the perfect set up after 19 hours of flying and waiting for next flight. The staff was very helpful and friendly towards me.

Can be a bit crowded at times and the walkways are narrow. Food and coffee are nice and the service is fantastic.

At the start, there was no welcoming smile but just annoying, frustrated face with no greeting. Before receiving my card, she asked me if I wan to look around inside the lounge. As I wanted to rest there no need for an inspection so I asked her back and she explained it was almost full. I could understand why she was not unable to provide more information with polite manner. The staff members inside the lounge was also rude and not professional attitude. When I asked for a glass of wine, the person gave me unfriendly look and when he served a glass, not looking at me but kept talking with his colleague. This was very unpleasant experience at the beginning of my holiday. The lounge was not clean and kids were running around as well. Unbelievable that this was limited access by the certain type of Amex members.

Needs a good clean......and too many horrid children with parents who lack breading; allowing their kids to put feet on seats. Unfortunately amex is given to the uneducated and irresponsible also.

Food selection is limited and not high quality. Couches were dirty. Service wasn't great either.

The lounge is on the small size but the staff are some of the best I have experienced in a lounge, very friendly. They food and drinks on offer are also plentiful, and considering they provide access complimentary to card holders (of certain cards) there is nothing to complain about. I always feel like my holiday is beginning when I enter the lounge and take my first sip of sparkling wine.

Worst thing about this lounge is the children. It was also very busy when we visited. But the food was ok. If you drink I guess it's good. Otherwise due to the children you could probably just find a quieter place around the airport

A nice lounge with friendly staff, unlimited food and unlimited drinks. Couches are a bit limited, though the high table with plenty of power points are a great touch. Although there's toilet, there are no shower room which is a bummer if you want to refresh yourself after or before a long flight. Regardless a great space to chill and wait for your next leg of your journey, as well as to recharge your electronic device(s).

Wasn't much food when I visited and was pretty disappointed.
Morning service should be some scrambled eggs, a bit of toast and bacon.
Instead was some tiny sausages with baked beans no toast or bread. -Kind of bizarre lounge.
I guess my expectations were higher than they should have been.
Not worth the visit.
