Staff need to control the lanes better. Nearly hit two little kids who wandered across as i was bowling. Parents oblivious on their phones therefore staff need to police it or create a seperate area for under fives. Staff all stood around chatting in a group rather than making sure bowling area was clear. Service shows a lack of management.
