Great service. Amazing selection - so hard to decide! Delicious, with great promotional offers for certain weekdays (like $3 tacos and $3 beers!!!). I ordered the burrito for two, because I was feeling particularly hungry, and managed to nearly eat it all - was super tasty (inside are four separate parts: chicken, beef, pork and bean).

Foods is good. Service is good. Dining room is cool looking. Pricing is reasonable

For years I would have said 2-3 stars but either Amigos has a new chef or they have focused on better quality dishes. The menu is huge but easily half of what it used to be. I was in a group of about 20 people and everyone agreed the food was good.

I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants in all parts of the world including Mexico. I'd describe it more like tex-mex meets fresh modern Mexican. We found this place fun, lively and certainly showed with how packed the place was. I had a sip of my wife's strawberry sangria, absolutely delicious. Wings were tasty and loved trying both the Chipotle and Frank's sauce. Ordered some guacamole and chips to start. Freshly made and quite good. Then the tacos. Tried a pulled pork one to start. Thought the habenaro oil would have had more kick but it tasted amazing. So we decided to try the chorizo taco and get a side of the 10/10 "have I eaten the sun?" Sauce. Hot hot hot and awesome. Actually writing my review while waiting on a churro ice cream sandwich... What a great, fun and delicious take on modern mexican food.

Definitely a Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares restaurant contender. Tinned frijoles, store bought paste avocado, packet corn chips (sold as tortillas), vacuum sealed meat and the list goes on. I would even argue that the tomato itself was even chopped that day. Restaurant should call itself gringos amigos as there was nothing authentic about the Mexican.
