An ok cafe. Location and setting is nice. Milk shakes are so so

Just paid more than $8.00 for two coffees whIch were pretty awful. Didn't think coffee could be that ordinary in this area. Gave a couple of stars because was only place open when I needed a coffee, staff were friendly and in a pretty location - also because everyone is entitled to an off day.

I used to go to this cafe a lot - almost every day. I like most things about it, although it is expensive. However, they seem to have changed the managing staff or something. They now play really loud, really bad, intense RnB music. The service is also terrible, I've had my order forgotten on multiple occasions. Have stopped going now.

Way to ruin a $20 club sandwich.

A lovely place for all day breakfast, but things can get a little busy. That shouldn't stop you though!

The location and inside of the cafe is great! Quaint little privacy nooks with comfy chairs are upstairs and create a homey environment. Sometimes things can be a little slow here, but it adds to the homey environment!

Slow service, very disorganised, overpriced and below average quality of food. I think this place exists because of the location and customers not bothering to look at the reviews before going there - I sure wish we looked at the reviews first!

Very bad customer service! My goodness! We got yelled at by the middle aged waitress! We ordered two cups of coffee and didn't want to buy their display pastries as they didn't look fresh, so we decided to eat the cupcake we just bought from sparkle. The angry waitress saw us, yes maybe we shouldn't have eaten food from outside eventho there was no sign saying that, but doesn't mean she should start yelling at us in high tone with everyone else watching! How rude! Maybe she could have just said so politely and we would stop immediately...! In a service industry, with attitude like that, well good luck to her..

Poor service, undercooked food, mistaken orders. Unless it was just a bad day, seems the Cafe is all about location over service and quality

They serve coffee quite late into the afternoon. Not bad. I ordered eggs benedict for breakfast - I much prefer the breakfast menu from next door.
