After being stuffed around by a few other air-conditioner businesses around the Penrith area we walked into this one and were just blown away with the incredible service and the friendly and open atmosphere. What has been a six month ordeal with the other companies we tried to go with was over within 10 minutes of walking into this fine establishment. I could not be any happier. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will always recommend them to everyone I know.

A colleague referred me to Ample Air, now I am so happy because my air conditioners have been given a proper solution and are working perfectly. My home is as cool as ever. Ample Air deserves a five star from me.

Extremely disappointed with this company failure to repair our boiler, sending a poorly qualified employee but still had to pay for the service of $352.00. They didn't fix anything!!
When we made a complaints and refused to pay, Managing Director replied that "You paid for our diagnosis and report, we can never promise a repair, this is as silly as saying you won't pay a doctor if he can't cure you of a disease."
It’s ridiculous!!! They even threaten me that they will forward to their collection agent.
Stay away from this people!!!

With all the five star reviews I was looking forward to and expecting a great customer service. One my first visit that is exactly what occurred from a young gentleman who helped me and promised to pass on my details and the requirements of what I was after. Follow up was a little rocky after that with some missed communication from thier office but in the end was contacted and supplied with the prices I was after and booked for an onsite inspection.

Ample Air installed a split air conditioner system into my Studio. At all times they were extremely professional, courteous and delivered on time and under budget. My electricity bill has been reduced drastically and my clients are now nice and cosy in winter and comfortable and cool in Summer.
