About Amy Jenkins - Solicitor
Amy Jenkins heads up Aitken Lawyers' Family Law team and has developed an acute awareness of the emotionally draining and difficult circumstances her clients often experience.
The forefront of her practice is her skills at parenting, property and de facto matters, as well as issues related to complex company and trust structures. Amy also has experience with matters related to criminal law, wills and estates and property.
Amy works hard to secure the best results for her clients, whether it involves mediation, negotiation, or, if necessary, litigation. She has experience in matters related to domestic violence and with same sex relationships that have broken down and assists clients sorting out property disputes and parenting issues in blended families.
Amy is a member of the NSW Law Society, the Family Law section of the Law Council of Australia, the Women’s Lawyers Association of NSW and she has a Masters of Applied Law, majoring in Family Law.
