ANANDA Investment Group is a private investment group acquiring, investing in and advising small to medium enterprises and impact ventures with a turnover of $1 Million - $50 Million per annum. This includes our leading management and strategic advisory group, ANANDA Strategic Advisory. We invest in companies that are off market and where the owners are looking to either transition out of the business or stay in and grow, as well as in complex, distressed and special situations. We provide creative deal structures for investments and exits that may seem to complex for others in the industry. As our capital is drawn internally, and via syndicated deals, we have greater flexibility in our transactions and mandates than traditional Private Equity. In this regard we are always open to working with other investment firms and investors, by deploying capital into their deals, or them into ours.
