Yvette has over 20 years experience and is an adv. facilitator & practitioner Kinesiology.

Kinesiology is the tool in which one can access the belief system. The negative self talk is a product of the past emotions attached to life events.

Once the conscious mind is aware and accepts the emotional attachment to the past blockages are gently cleared with Yvette's professional guidance.

The Client will often feel a "shift" after 1 session.
However, if a person has had emotional stress issues for example anger issues or lack of self confidence for a 5 year period it is only logical that there would be more than 5 sessions.
