Angels for the forgotten is a registered not for profit organisation dedicated to supporting our community’s most vulnerable children, youth and families.
In order to create long-term generational change to social problems we as a community must be committed to supporting and providing holistic support to those who are vulnerable, this must be done with an “Aspirations” based approach focussed on inter-generational outcomes.
Angels is committed to providing practical and tangible supports to those in our community who need it the most, we believe it is often the smallest things that can make the biggest difference in someone’s life and can be the catalyst for change.
Our focus areas are:
At risk and vulnerable children and youth, including but not limited to those who are:
• In out of home care,
• Homeless or at risk of being homeless
• Living with invisible disabilities such as Autism or mental health issues,
• living in poverty or disadvantage,
• Affected by or fleeing trauma and violence.

Disadvantaged and vulnerable women who are:
• homeless or at risk of being homeless
• Fleeing or affected by violence
• Living in poverty or disadvantage

At risk and vulnerable Families or individuals who are:
• Homeless or at risk of being homeless
• Living in poverty or disadvantage
• Living with invisible disabilities such as Autism or mental health issues
• Affected by or fleeing violence
• Affected by disasters

Carers Supporting Children, family members, individuals or relatives who:
• Are unable to live at home
• Affected by mental health issues or disabilities
• Suffering from chronic or terminal sickness.

Angels for the forgotten strives to operate in an open and transparent manner with a strong focus on the following key areas:
• Being a Sustainable organisation
• Having a strong grass roots movement lead by skilled individuals with relevant life experience.
• impact measurement and reporting
• Causing positive change, not causing harm.
• Closing gaps, not creating them.
