Hi I'm Ange, a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher,

I genuinely believe that our health and how we treat ourselves is a reflection of our own self- worth. Through my traditional yoga training and psychology studies I want to empower people to discover their optimal health and feel fabulous, in mind and body. We are all worthy of that.

Offering Group, Corporate and Private classes to all student levels. I teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pregnancy, Mums & Bubs and Mindfulness Meditation.
