Quick, friendly service with my rapscallion of a cat. Prodded and poked him, a thermometer up the butt, some antibiotics 💉 and drops in his ears and the old man is as good as new! 🐈

Competent vets however they need to work on communication. My cat was booked in for two specific issues (ultrasound of a lump and FIV testing) but was also given a separate vaccine without my consent or knowledge. I raised this issue afterwards and the response was "she was deemed healthy to receive vaccines they were administered in accordance with what she was due for and recommended based on her lifestyle". I understand that this was recommended however i had specifically stated that i wanted to get her and my other cat done at the same time and was very specific in what i consented to. Furthermore just because a pet is due or healthy enough for something doesnt mean it should just be done without asking the owner. Other than this issue they were fine - they were understanding when i decided to switch to another vet who was more cost efficient.

The vets here look after our three dogs. Adam and Ema are friendly and professional. Great care for the pets. Good communication with their owners.

Took my dog in after he was bitten by another dog in the park. Josie is a highly competent vet with an incredibly kind and caring demeanour. She took great care of my pooch, seeing him through to a happy and healthy recovery. Can't recommend her enough.
