'caring for pets and their people' . . . in the Hawkesbury Valley area and surrounds. We are operated 100% by volunteers, doing what we can when we can, with the backing of the AWL NSW head office.

Animal Welfare League NSW™ (AWL NSW) is a registered charity that has been operating for 60 years. We provide expert care to surrendered, neglected and abandoned companion animal across New South Wales.

Hawkesbury Valley is one of the AWL NSW branches located across NSW, managed and operated by local community volunteers. We do not have an animal shelter and operate largely using foster carers and boarding establishments in the local area.
