This gorgeous little boy is Noah. He's currently in training to come in as a therapy dog 💚 He's got little wet paws and snout from a walk down near the lake in the grass 💚

Two beautiful doggos keeping me company while I do some admin and cleaning :) Tszyu (Zoo) the Staffy and Noah the Maltese x ! Tszyu has his training complete and often hangs out with my clients (he calls them his friends of course!), and Noah is busting to get his certificate so that he can come to work as well... He's just wondering if there is really enough space to chase a ball ⚽😊... I think there is, but hey, I don't like to run as much as this little man!!

This morning we are into week three of Weaving a Mindful Experience. These cool little feelings cards are going to prompt us to have a quick check in... How do I feel this morning? And of course, another check in after we've spent 2 hrs of yarning, weaving and learning more about our fight and flight system and relaxation. How do you feel this morning? What can you do today to boost your mood up a notch? What do you do to relax?

Tomorrow brings week two. This small group space allows people to not only learn new skills but to also teach their body that they can feel safe around others. For this reason, I invite new people to join us in weeks 1 and 2, but after that it is closed to new comers. A special space just for us to allow trust and peacefulness to grow.

I'd highly recommend this workshop. I attended this a few weeks ago, as I've used yoga myself for a few years to reduce stress, and I'm keen to add yoga to my work with others. It makes sense that if Anxiety impacts us physically, that physical interventions such as yoga may be helpful... Each to there own, but why not try something different?
