Yoga is a journey. Journey of the body, journey of the mind and journey of the spirit. It's about figuring stuff out on /off mat. Yoga brings us closer to ourselves, the essence of being in the moment. I am grateful this journey found me and I am grateful that I get to share my journey with other people. I believe that we all have that inner teacher inside each and every one of us, we just have to learn how to listen to it, listen to that authentic voice.
