We have purchased 2 volvos (xc60s) over the last 4 years from this company. We are exceptionally happy with the level of service not just from the sales staff. The service centre is top notch and I really appreciate the pick up drop off service. We do not live in the area however plan to continue updating our cars with Nathan and the team every couple of years. Thank you crew

I currently own 2 Volvos that are maintained thru Annlyn Motors Volvo & I wouldn't trust anyone else with them.
From purchasing them (a V70 in 2010 & a XC90 in 2013), to after sales care & routine Logbook servicing - it's been first class, customer first care, where nothing is a problem & it's done right the first time.
I've always been able to have a loan car (I live & work in the Hills district & they are at Penrith - so they are not my nearest dealer ! ).
I get a phone call not long after dropping it off with a report on the work & status condition of the car in general along with a price. It is done on time & at the price quoted.
Absolutely highly recommended & my choice of dealer & service center.

Buyer BE WARE !!! I bought pre owned Volvo which was described by the sales person J as "9 out of 10". I've asked to describe the interior which he rated "as new". I've also asked him to confirm that there were no scratches which he again described "as new". However the real condition of the car was very far from his description: the leather seats are badly stretched and car's exterior paint on sides and on back are full of hairline scratches - it feels like photos were taken in a way to hide the scratches from a buyer that relies on pictures and can't view the car. J also said that the GPS system was updated to the latest map which wasn't. When called, J wasn't surprised and wasn't apologetic for deceiving me.

Just had my V60 in for service again. The guys out there really do a great job. Picked my car up and dropped it back on time. Rang me to run through the service. No attempt to up-sell anything / no surprises. Could not be happier! This is the third time I have used Annlyn for service and has been the same every time. Would not go anywhere else.
