Anonymous Cafe

It was very busy when we went there over the Christmas period but the service was still friendly and the brioche French Toast was delectable. It was served with a poached pear, candied orange, roasted almonds and fog syrup. The coffee was okay- I had a soy latte with slightly lumpy soy milk but my friend who ordered normal (diary) milk didn’t have the same “lumpiness” problem. All in all a great experience.

ok... just gonna cut to the chase and not waste time. The waitress with piercing (was already moody) who took our order charged us for an extra item we didn’t ask for (advice: reading back the order will clarify any potential mistake FYI), gave us the wrong change twice (honey, it’s ok to use a calculator) and from then was snobbish and rude when she providing our food. She was quite happy to slam our cutlery down and advoided every eye contact.
We asked for a banana smoothie but got a vanilla milkshake, their semolina cake seriously needs to be taken off the shelf cos it had a funky taste to it and their coffee ain’t that great..
Definitely agree with the previous reviewer regarding favouritism with customers.
Poor customer service will leave a bad taste for awhile or permanently and how quickly word of mouth spreads can ruin small businesses like this.
Sadly you’ve already lost a handful of customers.

Coffee was good, food was alright. There is a good selection of breakfast and lunch. However, the service was below par, rushed and somewhat rude, and not so welcoming. There is definitely some favouritism towards locals, which is unfortunate. Decor is nice and looks modern.

Absolutely deserves the high rating this place has. My mother and me had a fantastic lunch here. I had the beetroot burger and my mom had the special. Both fantastic. Would absolutely recommend when someone is traveling through blue mountains or staying in the area.

Fantastic rich food with balanced flavors, excellent coffee and chilled playlist and overall easygoing vibe. Perfect spot to enjoy quality food and the warmth of the local Mountains community. 😊

Very nice long black, the barista knows how to get the best from the Campos beans. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would revisit.
