Anytime Fitness Campbelltown

Great gym, helpful staff

Stay clear away from this gym, they are a bunch of crooks, they delayed cancelling my sons membership for almost 3 months, and you have to go through this phone answering service, and don't believe the call back promises either from that lot either.

Disgusting! Use another gym! Six years ago I gave written notice to cancel my membership at Campbelltown NSW (Karina Holden is the club manager) and recently a debt recover agency in Victoria has sent me a letter of demand after being notified that a petty amount of $50.00 was owing to the gym. Anytime Fitness and this debt recover company has added legal fees and charges on top of what's owing. At no point was I informed that I owed any money and they have all my contact information. A simple reply to my cancellation email sent over six years ago could have prevented this mess. It seems that they have only recently got on top of there accounts and trying to increase revenue. I told them that I'm happy to pay what I owe if anything if they provide me with a copy of the contract and payment history but this has not been done yet. I was forced to lodge a complaint to the Department of Fair Trading and one they confronted Anytime Fitness they immediately cancelled the claim and closed the file. I hope your existing and potential members are aware how you treat people!
