Salamander bay is a newly refurbed gym for that offers a stepper that my gym unfortunately doesn't offer. The staff are friendly and very helpful & have a fantastic range of classes on the timetable. It's great to walk into a welcoming gym and everybody is friendly. 🏆🏆🏆
