Terrible service
Long long ques
Poor customer service. Each customer can take up to 30 min to serve.
- ATM out of order 30% of the time.
- Business teller not working
- Machines keep stop working.

The teller was rude, unhelpful and passive aggressive. Makes me feel like cancelling accounts and changing banks.

Really disappointed! I went there for just card pin activation but they said we are closed its was 03:55pm on Monday I explain i need urgent but they said we are closed i said you guys have 5 more mins in closing but they said we closed before 5mins
