Not many people talk positively about banks, but I just had a great experience of ANZ Hornsby. Not only did they bend over backwards to do more than what was required but they were courteous, helpful, and welcoming with the customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous. I tried to remove my self from a company I have not been associated with for a very long time. An oversight meant I still had an active card. I tried to return it and be taken off the account and was told that I could not do it myself. So I spoke to a manager who refused to take my card or my name off the account. So I could walk out and empty the company account. Obviously I'm not that way inclined, but it begs the question HOW SAFE IS YOUR MONEY WITH ANZ???

Employees helpful, however the phone support is not. Phone is not the stores fault though.
