Apple Bondi

I added up that I had been to Apple Bondi Junction 7 times to resolve 2 issues. Booking a genius appointment does not mean you get seen at that time, its a starting point for waiting. Never have they resolved an issue first time, never were they on time. You have to book days in advance. I went up the other day with an ipad issue and they said internet was down so couldn't help, come back and they will see you in 15 mins wait time. Went back this morning and said the wait could be until 7pm. Do they seriously expect someone to wait around for almost a full day?? The attitude is terrible. I worked with Apple in the US and all the west coast stores I went to were light years ahead. Its embarrassing how incompetent this Australian store is. Managers should all be fired for their performance in setting the culture and maintaining processes. A score of 0/5 is too high.

I was amazed at how patient Camille was, I was so unsure if I should wait for the iPhone X or buy the iPhone 8 and Camille talked me through the different features of each iPhone and helped me make an informed decision. Then my bank froze my CC because of the size of the purchase and she waited 20 mins with me while I was talking to the bank, she helped me pick out a great case to protect my iPhone and put a glass screen saver on my iPhone to keep it free from scratching. I can honestly say that without Camille’s patience and support I would have left the Apple Store empty handed as the purchase would have become too daunting. It was a great shopping experience and one that has firmly cemented Apple as my tech supplier of choice and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of going into a store, to head to Apple Bondi. 👌🏾

As always I do love coming into check out the temple of Apple. That said I wanted and in and out experience and despite the 100 Apple employees it did take a little while to get paid up

Today my Mac, which I bought online and not through Apple, crashed when I used a third party cable to plug in my iPhone. I have an online business so to say this was a disaster is an understatement! I didn't book an appointment but walked in and the two first guys I spoke to lined me up to get an appointment ASAP, though given it was a model no longer produced it was likely to be sent out and I'd have been waiting three days. They referred me to the Mac technician on hand to see what he could do and a short while later it was back up. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgable, professional and genuinely empathetic. For a huge company like Apple I find this level of personable service extremely refreshing.

Terrible experience. Long waits and not very helpful staff. I went to get my iPhone 6+ screen replaced. Due to some error on their end, they disabled the phone and said it would take a few days for them to resolve.
I explained that I just moved to Australia from the US and needed a phone. They suggested I buy a new one.
At some point, I insisted they restore the phone to usability and went to Phone Fix for new screen.
Four months later they still haven't gotten back to me.

Wanted to buy a new laptop, waited 10 minutes at the Bondi Junction store, totally ignored. I then asked a guy at the front if anyone could help me and he radioed someone. Waited waited.... nothing, so I left. Guy at front door glared at me and sarcastically remarked "have a nice day"
Maybe apple are not interested in customer service, I don't know, looked pretty busy so no need to treat people well. Don't know what was more upsetting, being ignored or the horrible sweaty guy with the sarcastic comment.

Nice store. Staff is friendly. But even if you make an appointment they still make you wait 45 minutes! I get that this is a busy store, but this should not happen.

Placed my order online, went down to pick up my phone with the store so full they couldn't fit anyone else. Walked in, picked up my phone and was out of the store in 5 minutes. Staff offered to help me set it up despite being so busy. Great service.

I had the most horrible incident that I've ever experienced in my entire life yesterday at this store. I had an appointment at 2:50pm and waited for more than half an hour until 3:30. Still no one to help me. At this point I was quite frustrated so I came up to a staff and asked about my appointment. This lady named Nicole in the blue jeans told me quite rudely that they are running late and if I was in a hurry I should book in on another day and there's no guarantee on the booked time (?!?!). I told her I wasn't in a hurry but I expected my appointment to be on time and I understand you can run late but more than half an hour is just not reasonable and good enough and what's the point of booking an appointment if there's no guarantee. I also told her that this always happened and not just today. Her reply maybe you should talk to our legal department about it(?!?)
At this point she asked me to stand aside so she could check other people in even though she wasn't doing anything and I wasn't in the way so I refused. What shocked me was that after that she told me she could get security to remove me out of the store (?!?).
I am extremely disappointed of her attitude towards me, especially when I found out she's one of the managers of the store. The level of customer service is just not acceptable. I really felt disrespected and treated unfairly.
