More staff than customers available. They are well-trained, polite and go out of their way to ensure you leave with all your questions answered. I have never come across an item out of stock.

The staff are horrendous they keep you waiting.. and there is no service. I went in with a phone that was ghosting but working. returned the next day with my phone for the repair which was meant to happen.. after 3 hours 20 mins my phone was returned to me not working DAMAGED and i was told there was a different fault to the day before fault..

I WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT EVER AGAIN... THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF STAFF AND ALSO QUALITY OF PRODUCT

The worst service ever.. sorry no service waiting for more than 1hr no one came up to help or apologize for letting me wait that long.....Apple store are the biggest toss ever...

Terrible experience with Apple Broadway Store. The ‘business expert’ at the store supplied us with the wrong RAM for one of our studio iMacs. This has resulted in a damaged iMac and several hours of downtime. After having to go back in yet again to the store to try to get the iMac fixed, left with Mac still not fixed and guess what, no RAM. Note to Apple store, a giggled ‘sorry about that’ from your 'business expert' does not compensate for the stress and loss of productivity to a studio who is already under deadline pressure. Never again - next time we will be ordering from the online store.

Worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I had an appointment with the Genius at 3:30 on Saturday I arrived early for my appointment but at 3:45 I was then told that the genius bar is running behind schedule, so I was told to come back in 30 minutes, finally saw the genius for a battery recall issue and was told to come back another day cause I did not backup my phone? then had to wait another hour. People in blue shirts are more interested in talking to each other than approaching customers, so disappointing ...............

Wanted to specify a staff that helped me earlier today. His name was Peter. Lovely and polite assistant. It was my fourth visit within a two week period to fix my unresponsive trackpad and keyboard. I was sent home with gestures that it could be a software problem and rebooting the laptop may work, which it didn't. Peter actually listened and believed the problem was deeper than just basic software problem and took my laptop away for repairs. It's actually quiet nice that Peter put that little extra effort to ensure the problem wouldn't happen again. I have full time uni and this is the only device I've invested in to doing my work on and it was literally driving my insane I couldn't use it properly. Hoping for the best with repairs. Cheers.

Terrible service. I went in with two work devices that weren't working and explained the problem, I was then told it would be at least 6 hours for someone to speak to me, and if I couldn't wait around for that, then I would need to come back in 8 days when their next available appointment was showing. I left frustrated and then when I did try to make an appointment online it was showing that there are no appointments available.

I thought Apple prided themselves on their customer service, and for the expense of the products you'd expect they could afford to hire a few more staff. I understand being busy, but there must be a lot of faulty Apple products if it's impossible for someone to see you.
